Bob has been afflicted with a very serious, and till now, incapacitating disease called bullpoopaphobia. It has caused him to no longer believe anything politicians say. Worse yet, he cant watch TV without throwing pieces of furniture or dinnerware at the screen and shouting obscenities about the lies and hidden agendas he knows lurks behind every statement.
By using On The Fringes as therapy, Bob is seeking to cure himself of this horrible illness and begin to carry on as a normal human being again.
